The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order.
The delivery costs are automatically calculated as soon as you constitute your basket of purchases and appear in the rising final one at the time when you finish your order. When we treat your order and process with the sending of the parcel we will transmit you by e-mail the number corresponding to your parcel. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.
The port will be done via the Colissimo service of the Post office, and you will be able to follow your parcel by typing your number on the following site: www.laposte.fr/colissimo.
